Two Ways to Brew
Hot Brew & Clean Cold Brew
Hot Brew
Short infusions reveal the tea's aroma, texture and changing finish.
Clean Cold Brew
A clean, unsweetened cold brew brings Phoenix Dancong into an everyday bottle.
Hot brew method
- Use 3-5g leaves in a gaiwan or small pot.
- Rinse briefly with 95°C water, then brew in short infusions.
- Smell the lid and liquor first, then drink slowly.
Clean cold brew method
- Use 3g leaves with 500ml cold water.
- Refrigerate for 6-8 hours, or brew overnight.
- Drink without sugar or fruit so the tea aroma stays clear.
